They make a range of tasty, superior quality, homemade Products including Chicken Liver Pate with garlic & Brandy, Chicken Liver pates with smoked bacon and port "Country Terrine" Pork & Plum Terrine "Pate Forestier (with Wild mushrooms)" Pork Liver Pate with Juniper Berries etc. They are also a speciality retailer of Farmhouses Cheeses, Charcuterie and artisan foods. On the Pigs Back was established in 1992 by French woman, Isabelle Sheridan in the English Market, Cork. The stall is now the centre of attraction for its fabulous selection of farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie products. They have become famous for their homemade pates and terrines which are all 100% natural, 100% locally produced in Cork and with absolutely NO compromise on taste!
