Hyde comes to you from County Cork on the wild Atlantic Southwest Coast of Ireland.

We are passionate about the age old craft of making smooth Irish whiskey. Our family has been involved in the drinks business for over twelve generations since 1640. Our temperate climate provides the perfect maturing conditions for our multi award winning Irish whiskey. Every day we strive to make the very best tasting whiskey that Ireland has to offer using handpicked oak casks from all over the world. Our mantra' It's all about the wood!

The Hyde collection is three limited edition and very distinctive Irish Whiskeys, matured to perfection in County Cork. It includes Double-Gold award winning Hyde No. 1, President's Cask, named Best Irish Single Malt Whiskey at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2016. At Hyde we do not chill filter any of our single malt whiskey. We believe in producing a more natural spirit retaining the full character and taste of the original whiskey straight from that cask.
