This famous organic farm and cookery school has trained generations of cooks and played a huge part in fostering Cork’s food culture. Ballymaloe’s Cookery School has an international reputation. The courses are year round, run from one-day to 12 weeks and if you are serious (or just curious) about learning and about food culture in Cork, Ballymaloe is a very good place to start.
